Relaxation and Recreation on the River!
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice place! We felt right at home. Our annual family reunion is held two miles away at the Mary Jane Thurston State Park so it was the perfect location for us. "
"Interesting first stay at Tru by Hilton. Upon first look, outdoor area was spotless, lobby was amazing, the room was terrific. Second layer looks led you to an average breakfast (no taste, soggy sausages, runny oatmeal, LUCKY CHARMS!, orange juice that was excellent, Strongest hotel coffee ever, and a shower that felt like I needed to find a way to turn up the pressure tenfold...I would go back again if the price is proper as it was very modern and close to location needed!"
Waterfront Cabin - Hot Tub - Free Bikes, Kyaks, Canoes, Paddle, & Fishing Boats!
10/10 Excellent
"This was a cute cabin. It's small, but it was just me and my dog, so it worked well. The bathroom situation was exactly as advertised but not as bad as I thought it would be. The tub was adorable. If you plan to cook, bring cold items or things you can microwave. That worked the best, although there is a stovetop and an air fryer. The best part of the cabin was the deck. It was in the shade, overlooked the river, had a lovely hot tub, and had gates you could close so your dog doesn't wander. Those were greatly appreciated! The boat launch is also right by the cabin making kayaking easy. There were plenty of kayaks, paddles, life jackets, bikes, etc. to choose from. The hiking trail is also right there.Best of all are the hosts. Parker and Cathy are very sweet. I would recommend. "
"Excellent stay, top notch customer service! Prompt , professional service at check in; she was very knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. I travel frequently, and am very impressed with the room cleanliness. Our suite was spacious enough to travel with our daughter, and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and love having coffee available in lobby 24/7. We look forward to coming back for next year’s event !"
