"Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel. Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel after the game - followed the crowd to the train station. They held our luggage for us before check in and after check in. Nice clean, new hotel with excellent sound proofing. The train station is right outside of the hotel and you can’t hear it at all. Room was on the small side (I booked the smallest room for 2 people), but doable. I slid my suitcase under the bed. There was a a lot of space with easy access under the bed for storage. The bathroom was very nice and big. "

"The best hotel I ever experienced. The staff was extremely accommodating. Being right next to the train station was the cherry on top. The Lawson in the middle was top tier. The breakfast was amazing. I also had the best showers of my life here. I never had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. I really miss this hotel. Highly recommend especially if you have little kids. I stayed with my son and husband. Also close to Disneyland."

"If you are travelers from US, stay away from this hotel. The rooms are so tiny that we had to walk side way because the space between foot of the bed and the wall is like a foot and a half. If you are big, you won’t make it. And in the corner, a shelf which we didn’t know what that was for was sticking out and my husband hit his head once. Although we asked the front desk if they can switch our room to larger one. Ours was the largest. Their breakfast is all Japanese. If you like eggs, bacon and toast, this is not your hotel. The beds are very hard. Extra firm. One good thing is a convenient store right next door. "
