"We asked for an extra pillow but we're told only 4 per room. Also an extra regular blanket as my son hogs it and they weren't able to give me another white blanket. When I booked the breakfast was an extra $100 and then when I checked the rates when we checked in the pricing went down. I asked if they could be a discount if we purchased 2 days of breakfast but of course they said no. They had some nice lotions. The room was enough for 2 adults and 2 children under age 6. The location is not ideal, as it is 15 mins walk to the mall. Not much is around there. Not sure if I will book this location again. It was nice that they had a shuttle to Disneyland but the shuttle does not run often. Also the first night shuttle is not until 2100. The walls had marks but it was decent and cleaned. "
