The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and an easy bus ride to the centre of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Notable were the free garage parking for our rental car as well as the quality of meals in the various restaurants. Would definitely vacation there again.

Smakfull, modern och mysig inredning i rummen och hotellet generellt. Mycket hjälpsam personal, lugn och avslappnad stämning. Bra städning. God mat på buffén, goda drinkar. Havsutsikt från alla rummen. Trevligt spa med jacuzzi och olika bastun. Den större poolen var kall så här i november, men den under tak (”inomhus” är inte korrekt, kanske man kan säga halvt inomhus) var uppvärmd och mycket angenäm att bada i. Förståeligt att barnfamiljer också främst valde den varma poolen. Gymmet var bra men lite slitet. I huvudrestaurangen var det lite matsalskänsla. Men man kunde även sitta ute på en stor terrass och äta. Hade inte skadat med lite bordslampor kanske och några krukor/växter, för att få till en mer lummig känsla på den stora ytan. Vi åt en kväll på den asiatiska temarestaurangen, och tyckte inte att det var särskilt god mat. En annan kväll åt vi på restaurangen med Madeira-tema, och det var riktigt gott! Synd var att ljudnivån i temarestaurangerna var alldeles för hög. Vi fick skrika till varandra över bordet. Därför valde vi bort en tredje kväll på temarestaurang. Några ljuddämpande paneler i lokalerna hade kanske kunnat göra skillnad. Gästerna var mestadels äldre par. En hand full barnfamiljer när vi var där. Fanns ingen lekyta ute på hotellområdet, men en Kids Club inne. Såg dock lite ödsligt ut. Jag hade valt ett annat hotell om jag hade rest med barn. Sammanlagt en riktigt bra vecka, och vi kan tänka oss att återvända!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet ist gut und vielfältig, wiederholt sich aber wöchentlich. Die Sicht vom Infinitypool aufs Meer ist leider durch Bäume behindert. Der Wellnessbereich ist erst ab 16 Jahren erlaubt, warum darf meine 13 jährige Tochter nicht in die Sauna oder den Jacuzzi? :(

I felt snubbed by the staff of the front desk area. The reception was cold and the check-out was even colder. I felt like I was treated harshly perhaps because I was American. There was no warm welcome for me and my family and the check-out was even colder. The guy didn't say a thing nor ask how our stay was. I commend the food staff and waiters. You'll be well taken care of there. They were very hospitable, accommodating, and smiled! Housekeeping was daily and done well. The Portuguese at Enotel Lido do not honor nor exercise hospitality basics. If they're not happy with their job, it shows. Worse, if they don't like you because of where you're from, it shows. I speak specifically about the check-in and check-out desk. Not a single smile when we had to interact with them.

We enjoyed our stay, the food and drinks were very good, room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Service in all of the restaurants was excellent and all the staff very polite. The outside area needs more attention especially the club balcony, it was never cleaned the eleven nights that we were there.
