"The staff really made our stay wonderful. We asked if we could connect our Netflix to the tv but they informed us that the casting ability wasn’t working at the moment. They provided us with a laptop and HDMI cable to still enjoy the programs we wanted. All the staff were kind to us and always happy to help with any situation. Would love to come back again ☺️"

"This hotel is a true gem tucked away in the historic heart of Palma’s Old Town. Despite its central location near all the main attractions, the area remains remarkably peaceful at night. Palma is an incredibly safe city, and the hotel's immediate surroundings felt no different. The staff provided A+ service throughout our stay, and the breakfast bar offered excellent food. The property is meticulously maintained, clean, and boasts a chic, contemporary vibe. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay right in the heart of the action."

"Such a lovely hotel. Room was comfortable and cute. Everything was thought through. The hotel was in a great area and so easily walkable to central Palma and La Lonja. I did not eat breakfast there as there was so much other good food to be found - but would stay again."

"This is a perfectly comfortable place but perhaps a bit basic for the price. The only real specific complaint from our stay was the air conditioning had a hotel central setting which meant you couldn’t manage your own room - ours was too warm but couldn’t be cooled without opening the window - this was very noisy as the hotel is well located in a busy part of the City. As I said the hotel is well located. The breakfast was surprisingly good, as a very simple space for most of the day was transformed into a comfortable breakfast room with lots of choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Worth noting the bathroom had that ‘continental’ open structure, so if you like total privacy in there this is probably not the place for you."
