"Very convoluted process of paying the cleaning fee. They do not provide the address nor details on how to check in before you pay the cleaning fee but the only way to pay the fee is through internal Romanian bank transfer. Good thing I had a Romanian friend who made the transfer otherwise there were no means to make the payment. Also it was a bit dirty including hair in the bed sheets "

"I was really impressed with the studio - it presents a delightful decor, which uses the space with maximum efficiency without forgetting to offer comfort at the same time. "El edificio entero huele genial y las habitaciones también está muy limpias y olía muy bien. Dispones de aparcamiento fuera reservado para los apartamentos nosotros aparcamos en la misma puerta y de garaje subterráneo pero no recomiendo su uso ya que siempre había un coche aparcado en frente impidiendo el acceso y la salida. Dispones de nevera propia, cafetera (solo con café no hay azúcar ni leche) y de microondas. Calidad precio muy bien."

"The room and location are quite nice. But the elevator was broken, bed was hard and made loud noises, no breakfast appeared eventhough we requested delivery. Also, sound proofing is poor and unfortunately for us, the people in the room next to us had a loud drinking party till 4:30am and there was no one for us to call to complain to."

"The suite itself is excellent: 10/10! The hotel needs a SIGN with the name at the entrance of the building and even on the street. Finding out where/which the place was became a bit of a nightmare. Also, I would recommend putting an ashtray in the balcony. Other than that; congratulations! Great place to stay!"

"Enjoyed a 5 day break in Bucharest in the Grand Hotel. Very good location close to the Old Town. The 100 airport bus stops across from the hotel. The room is adequate, very comfortable twin beds, although the high bath/ shower may be difficult to access if you have mobility issues. large tv in the room. No table or chairs on the balcony. Very good indoor pool and gym. A poor point is the breakfast.... Minute plates, grilled breakfast was mostly cold each morning. Staff were very helpful and resolved a noise issue to my satisfaction. All in all, a very good hotel, but I wouldn't say 5*."
