"Breakfast is very important to me, and it was really good. However, this time I used the sofa bed, and it felt like it wasn’t properly taken care of."

"The place was really clean which was nice. The water in the shower would not turn off and the bathtub we had would not drain. Also I called the front desk for a wine opener which was supposed to already be in our room and it was not. They didn’t respond or get anyone to help. I had to physically go down to the front desk to get them to do anything. "
