Villa Irena Funtana is a beautiful holiday home built in traditional style, situated on its own 4000 sqm property it is 1 km from the sea and the beach and 2 km from Funtana.

With its attractive location, it is only a few minutes’ drive from a range of amenities, shops, restaurants, ATM, boat rental, cocktail bars, children's playgrounds and more. From the outside equipment, it offers to its guests a swimming pool of 40 sqm, covered terrace with table and chairs and several parking spaces.



Holiday home for 4 guests on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, equipped kitchen, dining table and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are two air-conditioned double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und in bestem Zustand. Die Ausstattung schien uns vollständig. Waschmaschine und WiFi sind vorhanden.Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage und eher abgelegen.

Sehr schöne Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage und eher abgelegen. Man sollte sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass man ländlich wohnt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedoch in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings haben uns Fliegengitter gefehlt, die die Mücken und weitere Tiere davon abhalten ins Haus zu kommen. Das Grundstück ist groß, aber bis auf die gepflasterten Bereiche nicht wirklich nutzbar. Der Pool ist wirklich toll, sauber und gepflegt. Zudem wurden wir vom Hausbesitzer sehr herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die umliegenden Städte haben uns leider nicht so zugesagt. Dennoch hatten wir als Familie eine super schöne Zeit in der Finca.
