"The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue."

"We had an amazing stay here! We ran into an issue with our room type due to a mistake on Expedia's end, and since the hotel was completely booked, they couldn't switch us permanently. However, the staff went above and beyond to help resolve the situation the best they could, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were extremely clean and made up daily. The community terrace looks like it is straight out of a movie, the views are absolutely stunning. We also loved the classic Italian breakfast and fresh cappuccinos served every morning. Antonio and Manuel were an absolute pleasure; they gave us wonderful recommendations for places to see and visit. While the local bus system can be hectic and confusing, the staff provided clear instructions on how to use it. Even better, they offer a more local run shuttle to get you anywhere in the local area. Their sister restaurant, Fico D'India, was our favorite place to eat. Mr. Pino picks you up himself to take you there just down the road. We started our trip there and went back for our very last dinner, too! Additionally, if you are a wine drinker, Marisa Cuomo Vineyard (Furore’s premium vineyard) is within walking distance and offers an amazing tour. Lastly, there are several hidden-gem restaurants nearby. They are off the beaten path, much cheaper than the main tourist spots, and the food was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"This property is gorgeous! The best stay we have had. Hands down the most dreamy , perfect accommodation. The staff are amazing, helpful, attentive and extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is luxurious and gorgeous. Every detail has been considered. It is worth every penny!"

"Breakfast. Same everyday Concierge. Could have been far more helpful. Only quoted taxi options which are v expensive when could have told us about buses to nerano. Only quoted private boat tours to capris when could have told us about semi private. Shuttle. Advertises shuttle to town and back but gets booked up super early. Put on more shuttles! Hotel overall tho great and staff super friendly"

"The room and hotel itself were very clean and nice. Amazing views of the gulf of Naples from the balcony. The only thing I would say could be improved are the options at breakfast. Overall very nice hotel, would stay again"

"Beautiful and quiet location, parking (very important if you have a rental), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best spot to reach in both directions: to Amalfi on one side, or to Positano and Sorrento on the other side. There is a buss station steps from the hotel entrance and few really good restaurants close by. We will chose it again when we travel this way!"
