Roxy offers stylish amenities for 6 guests, including a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, smart TV, two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. Highlights include the spacious rooftop terrace and panoramic windows overlooking the picturesque Röblinsee. Swim, sunbathe, or relax by the fireplace—pure relaxation on the water!



The living room features a comfortable sofa, dining table, and chairs, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine. The fireplace ensures a cozy ambiance, while large panoramic windows fill the space with natural light. Air conditioning is also on board.



There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a sofa bed for two. The bathroom has an indoor shower and toilet. The generous sun deck with bimini top and comfortable seating invites you to unwind.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, bed linen, towels, folding bike, stand-up paddleboard, or gas grill are available for an extra fee. Pets are welcome for an extra fee.



Check-in is possible Monday to Saturday from 4 pm. Key return is at 9 am at the harbor master's office.
