Staff were very professional. They explained everything and provided written instructions. The room had a view of Mt Tsukuba and was very clean. Laundry facilities also available for guest use with a small fee which was very convenient.

The hotel’s facilities were great, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were truly kind and helpful. I would love to come back again. サウナと大きなお風呂につきます。 カフェの方の接客も大変良く ワンチャンのアメニティも充実していてまた来たいと思いました。 スペース的に難しいとは思いますが、テーブルと電子レンジ、トースターもあれば更に良いです。
