"It was very clean, Breakfast Great"

"When we arrived 11pm instructions to get into hotel explained very well . When in room couldn’t find remote control for tv .Bed very comfy and large . We were woke up around 4am with the tv turning itself on and off . This kept happening until around 6ish . When we got up open curtains and remote control fell from window very strange . The shower in bathroom needs updated feels dirty shower head spits everywhere . Coffee machine and breakfast nice touch . Looked to speak to someone in morning but unfortunately no one around . I have contact property to let them know but no one has got back to me . Lovely location"

"A “well used” hotel - still use actual keys for rooms (nothing wrong with that but indicates lack of updates). Shabby carpet in reception repaired with gaffer tape (not great for 1st impressions). Rooms lacking soundproofing. Can’t comment further as decided it wasn’t for me and checked out without staying - this was within 10 mins of checking in, receptionist looked perplexed but didn’t actually ask if anything was wrong. The room was clean."

"We visited as a family of 10, aged 80-10years and the house catered for everyone. It was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor space and pool area was wonderful. The house had rooms for all, a great kitchen and living room for the family to gather. The location was good, private but only 10 mins from the beach. A wonderful chilled family weekend in a fabulous house, with great hosts who communicated well from the start. We would all love to go back."

"Staff had no interest in us just the wedding party that was taking place, the very loud wedding. Dirty rooms and bathrooms."
