"Friendly welcome at check-in. Although I could have parked in the private service road outside the hotel, I paid 15 euros for the covered, locked car park as we had a lot of ski gear on show in the car. The standard room was quiet, comfy bed, bathroom had a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on the 9th floor was busy at 8am on Easter Sunday but well stocked. And ithe hotel is only a ten minute walk through the gardens and over the bridge into the town centre (you can get a tram if you wish)."

"My daughter and I stayed for a quick overnight mini vacation. While the hotel has no parking garage, street parking was available and very inexpensive. Our 20 hour stay cost 5 euros. The hotel is behind a locked gate, but entrance is easy- lots of security cameras for safety. The hotel itself is a little dated and there isn't really a lobby or any decor, you go into a room to check in. We checked in at 3pm and they had two people working the front desk for efficiency. Our room, though small, had everything we wanted. It was clean, appliances all worked, the kitchenette had everything needed to prepare a meal and wash up. The TV allows casting, so we watched a movie from my phone. The bed was very comfortable: mattress and pillows were firm- possibly new. I was surprised to find a fan in the closet, which I used (I normally pack one and forgot this time). We took a 15 minute walk into the City Center and saw the main attractions of the town. We ate dinner out, otherwise we would have taken advantage of having pizza delivered to our room! Check out was as easy as dropping our key card into a basket. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for the Easter chocolates!"

"We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious with great amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and it had good amenities. We got room service and the food was good. The coffee provided in the room was delicious and nice to have with some local pastries. Having on site secure underground parking was convenient. The only negative was the location is close to some construction but they didn’t work through the night, so it didn’t interrupt sleeping. "

"The thing I really didn’t like was the separate space for thr toilet, the room was really small and you had to move from one side where the toilet is to the other side where the sink room was . Really not nice, but that’s what some hotels do to squeeze as much money as they can.."

"Room is clean and basic and very affordable. The standout is the pricepoint at a brilliant location. Right in the middle of city, dog friendly and in front of an underground car park if you’re driving!"

"The property is fine to stay for a quick overnight trip. The staff were nice. Unfortunately, the rooms weren’t in the best conditions with broken fixtures around the room. The location is right off the city center, which is great if you enjoy the night life of Reims. It was very loud due to many people partying until about 2-3am. The breakfast was fine. It’s better to find a cafe nearby. "

"We did not have breakfast so can't comment! Staff were very polite & professional check-in was quick & easy , we thought the bar prices were very overpriced & not much atmosphere."
