"Staff is always friendly and helpful every time I come to stay."

"There's a picture of a beautiful pool but it's filled in with rocks and dirt and paved over. There's no towels. There are no amenities like soap or a cup to brush your teeth. Said I should get a fridge and microwave and when I asked for them the front desk just laughed at me and said they couldn't do anything about it. Everything about this property is a lie. It is a slum!"

"The hotel is pretty cool vintage mid century vibes. things to consider tho, concrete floors make for loud noises when neighboring guests scoot chairs etc across the floors. The bar/restaurant can be heard in your room as well."

"Frank was great! He was very communicative and allowed us to even come in early and drop off our bags. The place was a great value for what we needed while we were in Phoenix. I would’ve left five stars, but there is a few cleanliness issues that probably have just come from wear and tear, such as cleanliness behind doors and under appliances, etc. Also, the location next to the Black Canyon Highway is quite noisy! Just be aware that you may need earplugs if you are a lighter sleeper. The area itself wasn’t too bad. We never felt unsafe as the community seemed well taken care of. All in all, a fairly decent super accessible to everything place!"

"This property was not only amazing but accomodations were beyond my expectations. It is a a very chill place with a radically inclusive atmosphere. 10 out of 10. Only complaint is I couldn't stay longer. Not only am I looking forward to sharing this listing with friends but also promoting it amongst communities that are looking for this type of relaxing stay."
