"I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. First of all, the cleanliness was abysmal. The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in desperate need of attention. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel, like stale air mixed with mold. It made it unbearable to stay there. To make matters worse, the location is terrible. "Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed.
