"An absolutely beautiful historic building, re-fashioned into an exquisite hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and lovely. The buffet breakfast was so delicious, the food was fabulous and plentiful. Every staff member was delightful and eager to assist in any way possible! Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return!"

"It was a good stay on check in they said the room wasn't ready which was fine they said half hr to an hr so headed of for lunch within 5 minutes of leaving they text us room was ready also they took a holding deposit of $435 on check in which is pretty standard & was told it would be automatically credited back on check out we checked out on the Friday I checked the account that afternoon not there I waited till Monday afternoon before ringing to find out more seeing still no refund they said I would receive a call & an email asap to explain what had happened but received neither later that night deposit was returned all I'd suggest is check ur account balance to make sure you get your money back probably an oversite but I wonder how many times this happens without people checking & just loose their deposit."
