Staff and food are very good. Although free wifi is advertised in the rooms, none was available. There was wifi in the lobby and restaurant, none in the rooms. Because of this I moved to a hotel next door.

Poor reception service

Could be such a great hotel. Nice room. Good location. Nice breakfast - Omar was very helpful. But check in was awful. Male receptionist rude & incompetent. Had to watch him argue with staff then grudgingly take us to a room. Then decide it wasn’t ready. Then run away. Then get an equally unfriendly guy from the office who offered no help. Then a third person came & room changed twice more. Gave us no information & laughed when we enquired about a lift to get bags upstairs. Some staff training is urgently needed for reception staff.

Nice short stay

Nothing to say, everything was perfect except the management of the deckchairs ( transats) at the beach which was a bit chaotic. Needs improvement.

The hotel is really nice. Nice room and clean bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner was delicious, breakfast very simple, but ok.

Hotel ottimo e ben funzionante. Segnalo solo due aspetti critici: il wifi che non prende e gli orari della piscina, che sono un po’ limitati. Parentesi chiude alle ore 18:00. Anche se il personale della piscina è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto restare un po’ oltre l’orario di chiusura.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel a Gennaio e molti servizi erano chiaramente chiusi. Abbiamo utilizzato l'hotel solo per una notte, come appoggio per poi continuare il nostro tour on the road. Molto gentile e disponibile Zied Marbrouk alla reception. Hotel nella media, personale gentile. Da migliorare, dal nostro punto di vista, climatizzazione nella camera e maggior cura della camera.

Un'italiana a Gabès

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel. Complessivamente mi ritengo soddisfatta anche se si può sempre migliorare! Un ringraziamento particolare lo voglio dedicare al sig. Adel Amiri per essere stato sempre molto accogliente e gentile durante le mie colazioni nella sala ristorante. Spero di poterci tornare in futuro. Saluti da Roma!

Struttura situata vicino alla spiaggia di Gabes. Parcheggio custodito e controllato da un custode giorno e notte, ottimo per che viaggia in moto. Camera doppia luminosa e spaziosa. Vista su palmento non troppo curato ma carino. Peccato che ho trovato qualche capello sia vicino al tappeto del letto che nella doccia. Può capitare però tutto sommato ok. Buona sia la cena che la colazione.

Me gustó el gran tamaño de la suite (60 m. Aprox) - El gran tamaño de la cama. = La amabilidad de la recepcionista. - El detalle de bienvenida con el agua y la fruta, aunque sólo había una copa y cubiertos para uno No me gustó: -En tiempos debió haber yacuzi, pero ahora no funcionaba. - Estaba muy retirado del Centro. - Salimos a dar un paseo y volvimos a las 10:00, antes de hacer el chek out y ya nos habían quitado las toallas ( sin dejar otras)
