The hotel is very well kept and my room was very comfortable. I slept well in the bed and the room was spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the hotel is kept nicely.

The property is conveniently located near the Riverwalk Mall. The service is great, restaurant food was amazing, the drinks at the bar were great. The room was cleaned very well everyday for the week I was there and the staff were friendly. It was definitely good value for my money.

Nice hotel if you are With car though outside city central. Pool very very small… a kids pool Only. Staff at reception were very Nice funny and helpsome

OK With issues

The hotel is ok for the money. But it had some issues. The key card had to be reprogrammed at the reception Every Day ! The pool was derty ! There was beggars running around the parking - not the best security !

Everything was great. The only drawback was I chose to eat at the restaurant in the Lodge one of the nights. It took over 50 minutes for my food to arrive. Otherwise everything was good.

I booked this property for my wife. The facilities were acceptable but the service was quite poor. It seems the front desk needs proper training. They could not find her Orbitz booking at check-in for a long time and did not apologise. It happened again at check-out. Overall it seemed like they were not well trained for the hospitality industry. There are better options in Gaborone.

My room was lovely and very spacious. I had a king size mattress which troubled me as the sheet didn’t fit properly and there was no mattress protector. Other than that it had everything you would need even a bar fridge. The bathroom was very clean with extra lighting.
