"Our stay at Cedar Terrace was exceptionally comfortable. We felt secure in the neighborhood, which was remarkably quiet. We arrived precisely at check-in time and accessing the home was effortless. Communication with Vanessa was prompt and courteous. Although the home is older, it was clean and well-maintained, boasting a distinctive charm that left us wishing we could extend our stay."

"We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and seeing the baseball and tennis teams play next door. While a few repairs were needed, the mgmt team and owner were very responsive to address any issues. "

"Our check in code did not work so we needed to request a new one, which was no big deal. The house was nicely rehabbed with three beds (pretty firm mattresses) and was clean. For us, the location was great but the house is on a busy street close to an intersection so we did hear cars and sirens. Nice fenced in yard for our pup too."
