Food was good, waiter was very good. Room was cold, heat did not work very well. May have been a palace at one time, but no more. For one night just passing through it was ok. Would not stay any longer. WIFI was very good.

The staff didng even speak luckily my partner spoke in tunisian. The pool was empty, the facilities were dated. A few nights stay is doable but no longer than that.

Descent but not great.

Why is this review only in German? I speak French or English... Concerning the hotel stay, it was average. The maintenance of the building was low.

Hotel was extremely dusty and unclean. No toilet paper in bathrooms. There was a poor selection at breakfast which meant I went without eating. There were ants in our room. Bed was way too hard and I normally don’t mind hard beds. No amenities nearby. No indoor pool despite the brochure saying there was one. Staff were lazy and we noticed they made us pay more tax than they made locals pay for the room which made us feel cheated especially since our experience there was so low. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Arrivée à l'hôtel CATASTROPHIQUE... Hôtel situé a 600 kms de l'aéroport. C'est une honte!!! Zone aride et isolée de la ville. Peu rassurant. Le personnel est austaire et peu cordial. La nourriture est juste passable. Au sud de Tunis avec des températures ewtrmement chaudes. Bref, obligée de reprendre une chambre à Souss avec un autre site spécialisé qui en passant assure LUI les transferts jusqu'à l'hôtel. Donc frais supplémentaires non prévus. EXPEDIA première et dernière fois. Fuyez GAFSA c'est pour les locaux

Correct pour court séjour

Très grande chambre. Bonne literie. Propreté ok. Petit frigo. Plutôt agréable. Mais petit déjeuner pas top. On cherche bols tasses couverts autres que plastique etc... personnel peu présent ou inefficace. Le peu d affluence clients ces jours là est peut-être une explication.

Gafsa palace

De passage dans la ville de Gafsa , l'hôtel est sécurisé avec un vigile Au top, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un parking privé, le service globalement à été très correct, très bonne acceuil les repas sont local et varier vraiment bon ( ne pas craindre L'harissa et les plats épicés 😅)accessible pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant ou à mobilité réduite, question propreté je pense qu'il pourrait faire un peu plus d'efforts je ne dirais pas que c'est le top et digne d'un palace mais celà reste passable. Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour paisible 😌 👍

Hotel 5 étoiles qui sont absolument pas méritées!!! Peut être 1 voir 2 mais pas plus!!! Personnel pas aimable ni amicale, petit déjeuner sorti d'outre tombe, robinetterie complètement manger par le calcaire.... A Éviter au maximum, après pour 1 nuit ça passe mais vraiment pas plus. Le matelas à ressorts été âgé de plusieurs années ( mais les draps sentaient bon et le dîner été pas mauvais) honteux de faire payer ce prix surtout en Tunisie!!!!

Aspecto de dejadez. Sucio con oxido. Msl fregado. Hay un perro del hotel que se pasó toda la noche ladrando y la discoteca de al lado con la música al aire libre hasta las dos de la noche.

Scadente e freddo

Hotel bello all’apparenza, tuttavia faceva molto freddo: nella camera dei nostri amici c’erano circa 10 gradi poiché non funzionava il condizionatore. Anche il ristorante e la hall erano molto fredde. La camera, decisamente non all’altezza delle aspettative, era spoglia, non molto pulita e non attrezzata adeguatamente (il fon per i capelli, forse rotto, non possedeva il tubo necessario per evitarsi di dover stare con la testa attaccata al muro e la doccia non possedeva la tenda).
