"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. "The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. I liked it a lot."

"Wer die Ruhe sucht, mit italienischen Flair, ist hier genau richtig! Sehr schön geschmackvoll renoviertes gepflegtes Haus, mit liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden:) Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die einen auch mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnen. Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr angenehm und gepflegt!"

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Olivenbäume und Wein soweit das Auge reicht, malerische sanfte Hügellandschaft. Absolute Ruhe. "The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."
