"A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!"

Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

"Wunderschön restauriertes Bauernhaus, welches seinen Charme trotz oder aufgrund des modernen Innenlebens erhalten konnte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

"Dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschöne Lage, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, groß und geräumig mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, welche man sich nur wünschen kann! Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für Restaurantbesuche in der Umgebung und hatte für unser erstes Wochenende auch vor unserer Ankunft bereits zwei Tischreservierungen für unsere Gruppe getätigt. Insgesamt eine der besten Ferienunterkünfte die wir in den letzten 20 Jahren gebucht haben!"

"We loved our stay at Manola’s. The location is great—just minutes outside of the old city wall, and minutes from the parking garage where you can park for 3 euros per day. The house is very well-equipped, and Manola is super nice and helpful. We didn’t know how to operate the microwave as a toaster, and she promptly brought us a brand new toaster, which was very much appreciated. Macerata is a great city to visit, as well as a good base from which to explore nearby sights."

"Mirando was the perfect host and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. We had trouble finding the home but we made it to the road and Mirando found us. I wish we spoke Italian. The home is decorated in modern style and has an artistic decor. The views are so relaxing and you find yourself just looking down st the olive orchards, the valley and the mountains. We would have loved to swim more but the days we were there were cooler perfect for sightseeing and sleeping but not so much for swimming in...

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung, das Design und die Größe des Hauses war für uns genau richtig. Der Poolbereich ein Traum und wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage, die Ruhe und das Ambiente hätte nicht besser sein können. Ein kleiner Tipp: Haartrockner und Duschgel in den Badezimmern haben wir leider vermisst. Auch die Federkernkopfkissen in den 2 Schlafzimmern sind sehr, sehr weich."

"This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay."

"What a lovely house. The outdoor eating area is perfect for a large group, especially because it stays in the shade all day long. The bedrooms are comfortable (fans were v useful in the heat!) and the bathrooms are lovely. We really enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and using the delicious herbs growing in the garden. The ice machine was a godsend! I baked bread in the mornings, ate and swam all day and slept like a log. We experienced fireflies, the cat, golden orioles and wild...

"Great villa in beautiful nature. We had everything we needed, and Michele was for us every time we needed something new. He is unique host with his willingness to help and to make your stay perfect . Highly recommend for group of friends , families with kids ( great pool) and any other group . We will be back"
