"Unser Aufenthalt an sich war gut. Leider war im Vorfeld die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nicht so gut. Am 11.12.24 und am 27.12.24 wurde über das Portal von FeWo dirket eine Nachfrage bezüglich des Checkin an den Gastgeber geschrieben, beide ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch konnte man niemand erreichen, SMS und WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. "This was a great hotel at competitive rates. On the downside, even though this hotel is in the middle of the city and offers no "resort amenities" it still charges a "resort fee" so be prepared for that. Also, if your intention during your stay is to walk from the hotel to enjoy downtown Mannheim each day or night, you should instead get a closer hotel as this hotel is too far away to do that."

"The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again"
