"I was very pleased with our overnight stay. The front desk employee was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming -- he is a true asset. Our room was spacious -- bottled water and chocolate on our pillows were nice touches. Although it was exceptionally hot in Zurich with no AC, the fan and open window did provide relief. Free parking was one of the main reasons I chose Centra, but what I loved was the small, personal touches it provided. Also liked having a small fridge too. I would definitely stay again."
