"There were three things that let the house down. The first problem was a totally inadequate WiFi. To get a good signal you had to be in the little room where the box was. The WiFi was weak in the bedrooms and very poor in the garden. In this day and age that is not good enough.Secondly the grass in the garden was very overgrown and simply needed cutting. Both of those could be easily fixed and you would have a great house. The rooms are lovely and the Garden really good especially for a town...

"Perfect accommodation for 2 couples, plenty of space and outstanding views. The air conditioning and pool were a godsend for us as it was a heatwave during our stay! The village is only a 5 - 10 minute walk where there are fairly limited shops and eateries. The restaurant/ hotel has great views and the Cafe had a relaxed vibe and great food. We all really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was a fantastic find, in a very quiet dwelling of villas in the the estates grounds The villa was extremely clean & had all the amenities to enjoy a great stay, all the staff were very friendly & made you feel welcome With restaurants & supermarkets on a 20minute drive away, also not getting the outstanding onsite spa, a must after a long drive or day out Would definitely recommend "

"We have had an amazing fortnight in the villa, the weather has been great and we have been out into the local area sampling the markets and local Life. The villa has everything you need for a superb holiday, BBQ and outside terraces for alfresco dining. "

"Grande maison isolée avec vue dégagée. Cuisine suréquipée. Salon et salle à manger avec télé. 3 chambres. 2 salles de bain avec douches. Extérieurs avec multiples tables, barbecue et plancha à gaz. Cordes sur Ciel à 10 min. Saint Antonin Nobleval, Puycelsi, Castelneau de Montmirail, etc à moins de 1/2 h. Et Propriétaire aux petits soins !"
