3 BR updated home near UF, hospitals, & I-75

This updated home is small but mighty. Enjoy the newly renovated eat-in kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Make good use of the standing desk in the office nook. Put up your feet on the enclosed patio. The back yard is fenced.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to Kanapaha Botanical Gardens, 5 miles to UF and Shands, and minutes to downtown Gainesville. I-75 is readily accessible for access to the springs.

Gator Game
Cute little 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in quiet neighborhood. We enjoy our family reunion get away to see our favorite football team even though they lost we still had a great time with family and friends. House was perfect and in good location to get around to our favorite places. Home is remodeled nicely and the place was clean and comfortable. Host was responsive when we had trouble with the door code. We would rent again. Thank you 😃
