Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Do not book this property. We had family wedding and my daughter was traveling in from Houston with her baby and two year old. I contacted property owner about early check in so we could plan accordingly for the wedding. Property owner communicated we could arrive any time although I only asked for 3 pm check in. Upon arrival, the property access information provided was wrong and we could not access the property. We called, texted and messaged through Vrbo. No response from property owner for over an hour. Vrbo was no help. Long and short of it is we paid a decent sum for this Vrbo we could not use, had to also find a hotel, were late to the wedding and did not get to spend an evening with the grand children because of this fiasco. I did get a nice apology email from the owner saying she “was going to give me an alternative way to access the property, but I said I had made other arrangements “. Of course this message was well after it would have made any difference.
