Great location

The property was super and we had great view of the lake. The house was clean and comfortable. Joanie was very responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the indoor fireplaces on the cool nights.

Perfect Family Stay

Just like being in a 5 star hotel

This house is wonderful and perfect for a large family group such as ours. The kitchen was very well equipped with state of the art appliances. The view of the lake just could not be beat. The hosts were absolutely the best. Anyone who chooses this home will be most pleased.

5 star vacation house

We spent a wonderful New Years in Georgia on Lake Lanier. The house is beautiful. Newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. Very clean and any questions we had were promptly answered by our host. It was very chilly so we could not swim in the lake but the views were beautiful.

Great Location on the Lake

I keep a boat on Lanier and think this is a great part of the lake. Protected location north of the heaviest weekend traffic. Newly rebuilt deck with covered boat slip (nice plus because I find the covered slip is usually reserved for the owners boat). Manager was very responsive. Renovated interior. Only complaint was a broken ceiling fan in one room which made sleeping uncomfortable, but the property manager was aware and that is an easy fix. I would stay here again.

amazing 50 anniversary

We had such a blessed family week. Loved the coffee bar and kitchen was well stocked. Loved the 2 master suites. Beds were super comfortable bedding was super soft. The home was super quiet and we were able to get great rest after long fun days. Grocery and shopping close by. Downstairs was perfect for family to watch movies and play ping pong. Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. There were plenty of separate spaces for adults and teens to enjoy so we happily spread out. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The king room is big and the shower was great. Outside, this part of the lake was very peaceful during the week. We brought our boat and loved being able to park it in the slip at the dock. The sunsets were amazing. The grocery store is close which was convenient. Joanie was very responsive and answered all my questions during booking. Everything was exactly as advertised.

Amazing getaway

This property is amazing! Our family loved the dock views and location. House was even more amazing in person. Owner was great with communication. The house had everything we needed with games and puzzles and fully stocked kitchen for us to cook at home. Comfy beds, and so many individual areas to relax. Loved the fireplaces as well! It was cold over holidays! No complaints, and we would love to come back! Pick this one, you won’t regret.

Fantastic Vacation Home & Experience!

We were lucky enough to be the first guests at this house and Joanie and Luke helped make our holiday weekend excursion truly memorable for our whole family. Our young kids (7 and 6yo) loved their bedroom, the game room and theater, and most importantly - having a sandy, swimmable beach! Having their bedroom on the same floor as the master bedroom was important for us. Their cousins (13 and 10yo) came for a day and loved spending it swimming, kayaking and pontooning. Their grandparents came for one night and were impressed with the useful design of the space. Having a main floor bedroom was important for them (and there are TWO such bedrooms). They also appreciated the exquisite amenities like the Coffee Corner! Joanie and Luke's creative renovation of the home was a labor of love. Having two accessible yet separate gathering rooms off the kitchen is very innovative. The results of their work are spectacular, and their communication was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again. In fact, you ought to reserve it soon... before WE do.
