Nestled on a peaceful 10-acre homestead just minutes from Gainesville Airport, The Raceway, and city proper this renovated 1976 Avion La Grande Caravan offers a perfect blend of retro charm with modern touches.

Enjoy walking trails, abundant wildlife, and meet our goats, pigs, and chickens! Newest litter of piglets born 1/24/2026! We’d love to show you around our homestead. We practice organic practices and like to see ourselves as homesteaders who use what we have to improve the land.

Features include a fully stocked retro kitchen, comfy beds, hot/cold mini split, on demand hot water, outdoor deck, and eco-friendly compost toilet. Down a quiet dirt road yet close to downtown, UF, breweries, and nearby springs. Perfect for a unique nature getaway with modern comforts!
