This was our first time staying at a residence Inn. We absolutely loved it and we’ll make this our new hotel of choice for the future. We loved our stay in Gainesville even though it was just for one night.

The room was clean, had everything i need (well, except a hair drier). The staff was friendly enough to give me ideas what to do, and the location was perfect. Has everything very close. I will definitely stay again here.

The check in was so bad that we cancelled our stay. So sad. It was our granddaughters college graduation. We waited at the front desk for 2 hours for our room to be made available. The clerks at the front desk had no interest in helping us. It was a horrible experience on what should have been a joyous occasion.

Great stay! Spacious Room.

Our stay was great. This was our 2nd stay within a 2 week period. The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel room (1-bedroom suite) was very spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen area is a definite bonus. We were able to stay on a high floor as requested. There were no issues/concerns. We’ll definitely stay here again when we travel to Gainesville.

Construction

Wonderful staff, hotel is currently under major remodeling with water cut off and power to bathroom not working correctly. Construction noice started at 6:45-7:00 am on our fifth floor.
