    Adorable 2br 2ba / both masters downstairs apartment located in hip downtown gainesville. This property is nestled amongst some of the most historic homes in the b&b district. Blocks from the happening restaurant scene and the downtown nightlife. Walk to local farmers market. Hit the Depot Park, live music, food @the Pop A Top and grab a glass of red @theboxcarbar this is Gainesville's own Central Park.
