"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was pee all over the toilet seat, the floors were gross, had hair everywhere and there were ants. It definitely does not look like the photos online. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly."

"The room was not clean in the corners or ceiling and walls. The property was unkempt and grown up. The ice machine was broken. The hot faucet in the tub leaked constantly and when we told the housekeeper, she seemed unconcerned. The free breakfast was a joke."
