We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "The Hotel was just as nice as shown in the pictures. Design is very nice, everything was super clean, the beds were really comfortable. The check in and communication was super easy and quick. As it was quite hot in the room (top floor) in summer, it would have been nice to have a fan of some sort. We will definitely come back and try out the breakfast. Thank you."
