"Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. "Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...
