"Three bathtub didn't work, the room had a high concentrating of mild spores it appears, as our allergies were terrible. There was no cleaning of the room while we were there and we had to request extra towels and tea. Several times throughout the day there was no staff on-site. Communication is via WhatsApp. If you're late you will be charged, even if you're in communication with the hotel on advance that your flight or train is late."

"We like the spacious room. It has everything that we needed. It’s a beautiful Agriturismo that has a restaurant which we ate there for the 3 nights we stayed there. Food was ok and of good valued. "We had a wonderful stay in Galatina! The property was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the fantastic 25-meter pool — absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall, we really enjoyed our time here.The only things that could be improved are upgrading the mattresses for more comfort, and noting that electricity usage is charged separately as an extra fee during the stay."
