"Vrbo gave us no advice on how or where to pick up the key to the property after we had booked. We had to find this out ourselves. Arrived at the local office at 2pm. The local agent had no record of our booking, nobody spoke English. Eventually spoke on the phone to someone who told us to return at 4pm and they'd sort something out.
