"The overall hotel is every good and have no complaints about the service however I made extra requests for my hotel room which and those requests were not met as a result my stay at the hotel was not pleasant and their incompetence to follow customer specifications was underwhelming."

"I only made use of the room at night. I did not have any meals at the hotel. I did attempt to order a toasted cheese sandwich and coffee at about 11:00 in the restaurant. The order was reluctantly received. I had to leave a e cancelled 10 minutes later because the preparation of the order had not yet commenced.
The last time my toasted cheese sandwich took nearly 2 hours to arrive. "

"It was terrible. Since it was raining for 2 days. The roof was leaking in room 77 and our clothes and electronics were wet. As I'm speaking, my laptop is damaged.
Before we were booked for room 72, and that room didn't have internet network as well as a refrigerator hence they moved us to room 77. It was bad !!!"

"No aircon in the room which i had requested. They are going off the grid so ... no aircon in the middle of the Midrand summer.
In addition accommodation was disgusting, unclean, not fit for human residence. Not ready for occupation.
Had to find another place to stay at the last minute.
No refund as requested nor apology received.
