"Very nice staff. Very helpful there wasn’t a question I had that they didn’t know the answer to. The train station is a 30 min walk there’s actually 2 train stations. One’s a 30 min walk and the other is an a 1 hour walk. You’ll get your cardio on if you stay here"

"The hotel was perfect for our needs, as we were transiting through Malpensa and needed to be picked up in the evening and then dropped back off the following morning. Their free shuttle service made this a much more affordable prospect than many of the other airport hotels, which charge a fee for their transportation. We also enjoyed a tasty meal in their Swing restaurant. Our room was clean and well-appointed. We were near the elevator, but it wasn't disruptive, just convenient!"

"The hotel is old but maintained. The washroom was not very clean. The food is expensive but tasty. I want to specially thank the receptionist who called me for my shuttle since my alarm didn’t go off. I could have missed my flight if it weren’t for you. There is also nothing to do in the surroundings so prepare yourself to spend on uber is you want to get anywhere other than the airport."

"Stayed here when the flight got in very late at night. Very helpful staff. The shuttle is needed to get here from the airport as it would be very difficult to walk. However we learnt that there is a free bus if you don't mind a 5 min walk between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money. If you don't have a car, like us, then its not so good for visiting Milan as you have 2 public transport journeys. But for an overnight stay if you get in late at the airport or if you have an early morning flight, it it really handy."

"Stayed here prior to the flight next morning. Its a really excellent ornate hotel, as you could imagine with a name like that. The staff are very professional and polite. Quite close to the airport but wouldn't like to walk there as the roads are quite busy. They have a excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Alas did not have time to explore the facilities of the hotel. The restaurant is first class, but you need to book. The only snag we found was that we asked if everything was included in the bill when we arrived and checked once again when we left, including the tourist tax, and they said yes it was, But got a message from them after we got back to say the tourist tax had not been paid, but we could see it had been paid on our receipt - they have not replied yet. Also not sure if the shuttle bus was free or they forgot to add it onto our bill as we cannot see it mentioned on the receipt. Alas we had to miss our breakfast due to the need to get to the airport early, so cannot comment on that."
