"Overall a decent stay, but I would definitely want to try another hotel next time in Gardiner. Our room was not cleaned daily and when we asked about it they said you have to make a special request for your room to be cleaned on any given day. There was some coffee available, often little left and watered down, there was a breakfast pastry and some fruit and cheese strings offered in the morning but that was it. The blinds in our room also got stuck as they were very old and broken, when my partner asked for assistance with this he was told “some are just old and need to be replaced”. The tv also only had cable, no streaming services, and constantly cut out and froze. There was a fridge provided that worked fine, no microwave or other kitchen supplies. Also our shower drain was clogged, although they fixed that the day after we informed the front desk. "

"The room was one step above a motel six. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The overall lighting was very poor, the TV reception worked less than half the time, the through wall Heating & AC unit was making a lot noise. The staff was not helpful. When I asked about the TV and the AC unit I was told there wasn't anything they could do about it. I would not recommend a stay there and I would never go back."

"The only thing i can say is there wasnt much to the with the breakfast. When staying here before there was yogurt, fruit, and other items. This stay was eggs, overcooked meat, bread items and waffles. Not bad just limited for someone who doesnt eat breads. "

"We left the hotel before breakfast was supposed to be available, yet they opened the door for us to grab muffins. The room was very nice, the toilet a little low and no carpeting. No TV but who needed one. The road to the cabin was terrible, ruts and potholes on a dirt road. It is also far from everything and since it was not peak season the restaurant was not open."

"Lovely. Fun retro theme that our grandson loved. He spent 30 minutes calling our cell phones using the room’s rotary dial telephone. He also loved the available board games and record player in the lounge area / reception room. "
