"This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had. "

The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access.
