"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"Die Anlage ist wunderschön auf einem Olivenberg gelegen und man hat eine super Aussicht über die ganz Region. Die Zimmer sind im Landhausstil neu saniert und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es war uns eine große Freude, in diesem Jahr als erste im Pool anzubaden. Die Anlage wird liebevoll und familiär von Kristin und Giovanni geführt und man bekommt praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. "We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good stuff was amazing. They also held onto our luggage as we did not need to leave immediately after checking out they were in very close proximity to all the things we wanted to see and be around."

"Very conveniently located , walkable distance to Pisa tower . Parking available next to hotel , street parking but very secure and charged by the minute rather than flat rate @ 75 cents an hour . Very friendly staff who helped with understanding how it works . Breakfast : variety of bread n cakes but would have been better if they give more solid breakfast , coffee very good n juices are ok . Room : very clean n bathrooms are very good Overall a pleasant stay"

"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there are no hot items. However the juices were amazing. The continental breakfast type had a good variety of cold meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal, and fruit. Lots of condiments. Service was great. Not a coffee drinker so I can’t evaluate this, but there was a machine that I saw the workers making coffee for guests. The things I wasn’t crazy about was a firm bed and pillows. In addition, the tv reception was bad for some channels. The shower stall is small and the room is small for a solo person. Clean is the most important for me so I was happy for that. The location was great for the train and buses. Easy to get to the Leaning Tower. Unfortunately, you are near the train station so there are not so friendly people around the neighborhood. However there is a police presence at the station and no one asked me for anything or approached me during the day. Thought it was best to stay home indoors at night being a solo traveler. Overall, it was good and I would stay there again until I have any problems with hotel or neighborhood."

"The room was fair, just as shown in the images, but nothing that takes your breath away. There was some dust in nooks and crannies. You get what you pay for. No additional toiletries, no slippers nor robes. However they provide all the necessary kitchen supplies and a hairdryer."
