"Room was extremely clean and spacious. The check in was a little bit of work but the receptionist was on top of it with calling and texting. The only real issue i had is that the building is kind of loud between cars and people. It was hard to sleep. However, the service was top notch, the room was always kept clean and we always had new towels and our bed was always made when we came back from a day of exploring. They even folded the laundry I had out on my bed!"

Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. "Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
