"My husband and I visited Italy to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and Tuscany was the 3rd leg of our tour. Irina is a wonderful and welcoming hostess. "Room was very comfortable but starting to need a refresh. The bathroom was larg, but the shower was over a very deep bath, which made access and exiting a little difficult, as we are both in our late 70's. Location was excellent, a 1 minute walk from the bus station near the Porta Sant Anna at the western side of Lucca. Staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful."
