Villa Querceto consists of 4 airy light and furnished apartments.
Each apartment has its own eating space, but there is plenty of space to eat together.
On the ground floor of the house, there is a living room with enough space for the whole group to eat together, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, double sink, stove with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven.
On the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchen / diners.
There is however the possibility of dividing on the first floor into 2 single living units, if you are on vacation with other couples and prefer a little privacy!
On the side of the house with separate entrance is that the 'optional extra' rooms. One double and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room (without kitchen) to hire for large groups. This is closed when not in use. there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine
suitable accommodation for families and groups, swimming pool with fenced solarium, large garden and private parking, are perfect for children who are welcome.
the pool is for exclusive use and reserved for house guests.
there is a barbecue and wood-burning oven for fabulous outdoor barbecues.
