"When we arrived in our double standard room we noticed that there were no windows facing the exterior. We went down to the front desk and talked with Alex who was able to accommodate our request for a room with exterior facing windows. Once settled in the new room the rest of our stay was great. Our experience with the front desk staff was pleasant with the exception of one of the staff who was a bit dismissive and short with us. All the other staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We even had one of them pack us a grab and go breakfast kit for our early morning flight as we were departing before the breakfast area opened up. The area is situated near metros and is very walkable to a lot of different attractions. We would come back and would recommend this hotel to others. "

"This place is awesome, don't believe everything you read. I stayed there a week and had an amazing experience. Yes you may have to take a cab to get around because its not in town and that costs about $13 per trip but its still worth it to stay there. The hotel it self is a destination. Room was outstanding. I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooftop wasn't open yet but everything else was accessible and immaculate. Recommend 100%"
