Pessimo Hotel

O hotel se apresenta no site Hotels como um hotel de 4 estrelas, mas os serviços oferecidos, o quarto, o café da manhã e o estacionamento não estavam à altura de um hotel 4 estrelas. O serviço da recepção estava disponível até um horário limitado à noite (22h00/22h30). De fato, nos foi entregue uma chave para a entrada do hotel. O estacionamento para os carros era acessível apenas pelo pessoal do hotel, que se encarregava de pegar ou estacionar os veículos (o estacionamento era limitado a apenas 2 carros em uma ladeira inclinada). Nem todos os funcionários estavam aptos para realizar essas manobras, e o pessoal qualificado nem sempre estava presente no hotel... Eles precisavam ligar e chamá-lo de outro hotel da mesma propriedade. O quarto apresentava vários problemas, como: porta com fechaduras antigas, janela com tranca quebrada e, portanto, não bloqueável, banheiro inadequado, espelho do banheiro parcialmente destruído, descarga do banheiro não funcionando corretamente e o sistema de drenagem exposto. O café da manhã era muito simples, com itens principalmente embalados, e o que estava no buffet não era reposto quando acabava. O elevador estava em mau estado e frequentemente a porta ficava presa, abrindo apenas depois de algum tempo.

Room was very nice, but small. I am not an extremely fat man but I could not turn around in the shower :D There were not many plugs and all were hidden behind furniture and all 3 pin "Italian" plugs so we had to buy an adapter. The view from the trerrace at breakfast was wonderful.

Al check in dopo aver chiesto dove poter parcheggiare l'auto ci propongono il garage interno a pagamento senza indicarci quello gratuito appena alle spalle dell'hotel. Dopo una rimostranze in tal senso ci restituiscono i soldi e noi con tranquillità troviamo posto senza pagare nulla. Nell'insieme hotel vecchio ma rimodernato, bagno piccolissimo e con la muffa.

Posizione strategica

Situato in posizione centrale. Ottimo per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Comodo il parcheggio (a pagamento). Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Buona colazione in terrazza (ad un prezzo giusto). Appena sono entrato in camera ho riscontrato un problema di pulizia ma appena l'ho segnalato è stato risolto (a mio avviso un po' di carenza su questo è dovuto meramente al poco personale). Le stanze sono nuove e confortevoli (nei bagni però andrebbe aggiunta una mensola sul lavandino). In ogni caso è un albergo dove ritornerei con piacere.
