"The room seemed to be not quite complete. Room 422 needed a plug in on the right side of the bed. The bathroom needs a night light. And the shower floor is so slick, someone will get hurt. A bath mat would help. Beautiful building, just a little fine tuning would help."

"Comfortable room and very comfortable bed. The stairs situation could have been addressed in the property description but all the other pluses make it a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was great! We will stay again."

"I think the space was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. My family and I all had 2 good nights sleep. I struggled to communicate with the host. I messaged the host when I first booked the listing and never received a response. I messaged the host again when we arrived because I couldn’t find instructions for check in and check out. No response. The first day of our stay we were in the 3 bedroom apartment taking a nap as we were all tired from traveling the night before. There was a barking dog that could be heard throughout the apartment. The sound was coming from a locked door in the hallway that must lead to another unit on the premises. After 2 hours of barking, I messaged the host, 20 minutes later there was no response. So I called the host at the number Vrbo provided. No answer. I was also unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. The next day the dog barking continued all morning up until we left. If the dog barking had prevented sleep I would be making a much lower rating. Ultimately we slept well at night. But I would have liked to be acknowledged by the host. For the price I do want to feel like if I have a question or a concern I will at least get a response."

"Such an authentic property. Exactly what we wanted for a Montana stay. The huge porch and backyard were used for family gatherings each night. Such a perfect setting! And, the horses and deer right next door were icing on the cake. Suz, accommodated all of our one-year old’s needs. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable."
