Great place and I have never seen a hotel also offers dinner and breakfast. Staff was to kind to feed me even I arrive around midnight

Brilliant hotel all around. Room, location, service, views!

Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

Very clean, well appointed property with an abundance of upscale and convenient dining, shopping, and transport options in close proximity. Excellent 24/7 service. Generous breakfast buffet.

This hotel is run very efficiently. All the staff working here are attentive and give very personalized service. Our Premium Room with Panoramic View was everything I had imagined and then some! The view was mesmerizing ……esp. at night. Watching the moon juxtaposed with the majestic City Hall was stunning. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and a great way to start the day. Will most certainly stay at this hotel …… and this room the next time we are in Stockholm!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its central location, stunning views from the rooms, and exceptionally helpful staff made our holiday truly special. Highlights included the outstanding breakfast and the fantastic running corner inside the hotel, where guests could try Saucony running shoes and join the Nordic team on their morning runs. A special shoutout to the Room Division Manager, who handled a small misunderstanding during check-in with great professionalism, kindness, and care....

This resort was very quiet, the staff was very nice, and my room was clean and cozy. The included breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I would honestly go back just to have it again. The sauna is open late and was very nice and clean. There were also some nearby trails with nice views of the water.

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

Short stopover during family vacation in Stockholm. Convenient, walkable location with lots of shops and amenities. Quick access to Central Station. Beautiful design in hotel and room. Quiet, comfortable for our family of four. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety and allergy-friendly, healthy options. Staff at welcome center were very kind and helpful. Spa was refreshing after a long day of walking and exploration. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan). We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. The highlight of Hotel Frantz is….everything. Conveniently located near public transportation that can get you to and from ARN airport in 30 Minutes. Walkable to the royal palace, and other great attractions. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area, but the Hotels restaurant is suburb. The food is fresh and flavorful. The hotel in central to just about everything: no need to take mass transit at all. Just steps away are wonderful cafes and all the sights. The rooms are beautifully Swedish in style, clean and comfortable. I was in a single room, albeit small it was perfect! Breakfast was a great traditional smorgasbord and the staff could not be more accommodating in taking coffee orders. It was wonderful coming back to the hotel each evening as you can leave all the noise behind you...

Awesome location, so many great food and drink options nearby. The staff is super friendly and very helpful for offering advice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. It was especially nice to have two beds for our stay.
