"The Art House was a very comfortable place to stay. Well equipped and organized. The art gives it a more homey welcoming feel. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, easily accessible to other parts of Sacramento. Michael communicated well and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I left and item at the house and he was willing to mail it to me. That is appreciated and indicative of his hosting skills. Would definitely stay again. "

"An amazing place! This is a beautiful, fully restored lovely property. Great back patio and front porch are perfect for enjoying the cool mornings and evenings. Easy walk to downtown. This is definitely a repeat."

"This is an ok place for a quick stay but needs some updates. Microwave was very finicky, stove never got hot enough to bowl water, heater on one side of house did not work. There was other things but these were pretty top on the list. Hopefully they will be able to get some things updated to better suite the next family who stays here."

"I cant say enough great things about our stay!!! Perfect for a family or a small group getaway. Close to Main Street in Jackson, and a short drive to Amador wineries or Sutter Creek. The house was so cozy, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect!! The backyard was a bonus!! Cute treehouse and a large table to enjoy a meal. Our host was awesome to work with!! Quick to respond and so helpful with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this home and our group will definitely...

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this delta property despite the heat wave. The A/C did an admirable job for 110 degree weather. We just couldn't be outside as much as we would have liked. The views are lovely, the property is clean and works well. Only two improvements we would have liked: a bit more kitchen stuff for cooking and maybe some essentials like olive oil and spices and the like. Since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby and the kitchen is so spacious, it would have been good if...
