Pet friendly and an easy 8-minute walk to the beach, it sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 4 bathrooms (2 full + 2 half).

    THE TWO UNITS

    STARBOARD AT M — Upper Right (1705) · 2 bedrooms / 1.5 baths · sleeps 6
    A comfortable living area with a leather sofa and smart TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig, a dining area, and a back porch to the yard. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with a backyard view; the second bedroom has two queen beds. Full bath with a renovated stand-up shower, a separate half bath, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

    PORT SIDE AT M — Upper Left (1703) · 2 bedrooms / 1.5 baths · sleeps 6
    A bright living and dining area opening to a full kitchen with gas stainless steel appliances and a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a backyard view; the second bedroom has two queen beds. Full bath, separate half bath, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

    Booking M Street Double gives your group exclusive use of both upper units — the upper-right (1705) and upper-left (1703). The lower-left rear studio is a separate unit; if it is booked, the outdoor common areas (front porch, backyard) may be shared during your stay.
