You've truly found your own slice of paradise here at Purple Pelican Paradise.
This 3 bedroom/3 bath canal home is fully fenced and has a private pool for you and your family to enjoy, plus quick access to the bay for the angler in your party.

The main level of the home provides open concept style living, beautifully appointed furnishings, cathedral ceilings and plantation shutters throughout.

You'll love preparing meals in this delightful kitchen which features stainless appliances, flat top range with double oven. granite counters, and breakfast bar area.
2 bedrooms are on this level. Primary bedroom includes a Queen size bed and en suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bed plus a bunk bed. Hall bath is also on this level. Outside on the deck you'll be able to see all the action at the pool while enjoying the cool breezes. Cozy seating and dining table are on this deck.
On the ground level there is a bedroom with 1 Pyramid bunkbed and 1 Full size bed, a laundry room area and full bath.
You'll love spending time at the pool, whether playing in the water, working on your tan on the deck, or escaping the sun to the covered patio area. Swings, chairs, picnic table, and BBQ are also down here. You're never going to want to leave!

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 5 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. Perfect Place

The house was comfortable and very clean. It was perfect for fishing and canoeing. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Canal House

Very clean and nice house. Quick access to the bay. Loved the pool, canal, beach and location to Galveston attractions. Look forward to renting again!

Greak break for summer

We had a great time. Pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. The hpuse had lots of pool rafts and toys. As well as great A/C and plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect vacation house

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Super cute layout, our boys stayed in the bunk room downstairs and loved it. House had everything we needed, including pool floats chairs and crab traps- which our boys loved. The pool is what really makes this place. Well maintained and nice and cold! We where so pleased with this place, will definitely be back!

The house as amazing! Super clean! The pool was a hit and so nice to cool off especially with the hot weather. Fishing was really good! It’s in a great location close to the beach and bay! This will definitely be a repeat rental for us!

October Aggie Family Weekend

The house was everything as described! It was just perfect for our Aggie weekend. The only downside if you call it that was a little further outside of Galveston than I realized. However knowing that I would still choose to stay there again! Awesome weekend with my kids and Grandkids!!

Great Getaway!

The property is a great set up! You can fish and swim. The house is very clean and well maintained. Neighbors are extremely friendly! If planning to bring a boat communicate that ahead of time and follow up to see if a key is available . I failed to verify that they would have a key to the boat ramp (neighborhood ramp) . So that is on me. I am still not sure if it’s available but I would suggest that . But this place is definitely a great place and we would definitely return!
